Can we order a sample before committing to a bulk purchase?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary samples for the couple to try before making a purchase. You only need to cover the shipping cost.
Is there a minimum order quantity to qualify for bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk discounts start at 5 boxes (35 guests), with increasing discounts for larger orders. Please contact us to get the bulk discount pricing list.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend inquiring as early as possible. For non-customized orders, we can process and ship within 1-2 weeks. However, for customized orders with personalized thank-you cards, please allow 4-5 weeks for production and delivery.

Yes, we ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs depend on the order size and location, starting from $16 for 4 boxes. For bulk orders, we provide a custom shipping quote based on Australia Post rates.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if we have leftover sachets?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened packages. However, if you have excess stock, reach out to us, and we may be able to assist.
